Universal 'All rounder for multiple applications' Fully synthetic food grade oil with characteristics that make it particularly suited for numerous operations including the lubrication of drive chains, conveyor chains, both open and enclosed gearboxes and reduction units. Available in ISO 150, 220 & 320. Diamond chain & gear oil contains special additives that extend re-lubrication intervals considerably. The supreme film strength ensures a shield of protection.

* Extremely good oxidation stability which extends lubricant life.
* Unaffected by water – demulsibility ensures total separation of water from oil
* Tackiness additives coat gears effectively and provide anti-wear protection at start-up.

  • DIAMOND CHAIN AND GEAR OIL VG 220

    Fully synthetic food grade oil with characteristics that make it particularly suited for the lubrication of drive chains, conveyor chains and gearboxes and reduction units that are designed for a gearbox oil. DIAMOND CHAIN & GEAR OIL contains special additives that extend re-lubrication intervals considerably; and does not contain any mineral oil.

    COST SAVING BENEFITS (when used on chains)

    Penetrates to the links and pins reducing wear and extending chain life

    Tackiness additives ensure non-drip, no fling thus providing long lasting lubrication

    Excellent adhesive characteristics ensures a high degree of water resistance and protects parts from corrosion even in the presence of acidic materials commonly associated with the food and drinks industries.

    Extremely wide temperature range ensures maximum application versatility.

    METHOD OF APPLICATION

    For drive and conveyor chains - Apply sparingly by brush or oil can as required. Can also be applied automatically using a central drip feed system.

    For gearboxes and reduction units - Ensure that the gearbox manufacturers’ lubricant rating corresponds to using an ISO VG 220 gear oil
